The following training opportunities for athletes and coaches at Buffalo Canoe Club are open for
participation from any training center members.

Cost for Clinic: $225.00 per person including lunch each day
Accommodations on Site: $100.00 per person
Coach Registration: $50.00 or $150.00 with accommodations
Description:
Get your 420 sailing skills into shape before the 2008 Ontario circuit begins. Each day will include light fitness, warm up, briefs, video analysis, technique and coaching from a National Champion 420 sailor.
Lunch and snacks included. Accomodations provided at an extra charge. Boat included.
